Capacitive pressure transmitters integrate internationally advanced digital technology, utilizing digital circuits to replace analog signal amplification circuits and A/D conversion circuits, which enhances measurement accuracy. They adopt a standardized installation structure design, enabling easy installation and operation. The sensitive diaphragm features one-way overload protection, with a maximum pressure resistance of 40MPa, and exhibits characteristics such as high reliability and excellent long-term stability. Capacitive pressure transmitters are categorized into gauge pressure type, absolute pressure type, and differential pressure type.
Capacitive transmitters are equipped with high-performance built-in digital circuits. They are meticulously designed for working conditions involving radio frequency (RF), electromagnetic interference (EMI), and surge voltage, boasting strong anti-interference capabilities, a wide power supply range, and polarity protection. They comply with IEC and CE (EMC) standards and offer resistance to RF and electromagnetic interference. The intelligent digital temperature compensation circuit stores calibration values corresponding to temperature changes in the chip. When the sensor is affected by temperature, automatic compensation is activated, addressing the sensor's temperature drift issue and improving its measurement accuracy and environmental adaptability.
Capacitive pressure transmitters are widely used in fields including pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, petroleum, natural gas, chemical engineering, urban construction and electric power, metallurgy, light industry and textiles, aerospace, scientific research, leak detection, and supporting automation equipment.
